- help you access a licensed pharmacy and provide the information needed to review and fill an order;
- coordinate prescription transfers, pharmacist review, delivery, account support, and payment;

- provide service notices and, where permitted, information you have chosen to receive;
- meet legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security obligations.
Pharmacies, prescribers, wholesalers, delivery providers, and service providers may receive the minimum information necessary to safely and effectively provide the requested service.
3. Health and prescription information
Prescription and patient-profile information may be shared with licensed pharmacists, dispensing pharmacies, prescribers, and authorized service providers for review, dispensing, counseling, fulfillment, and patient safety. We do not sell personal health information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, and unauthorized access. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Marketing choices
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their independent marketing. You may opt out of Arctic Meds promotional communications at any time. Transactional messages about your account, prescription, or order may still be sent when necessary to provide the service.
6. Cookies and website information
We may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, cart functionality, preferences, security, performance, and analytics. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although parts of the website may then stop working correctly.
7. Business reorganization

9. Returns and prescription records
Prescription medication sales are generally final after dispensing because returned medication cannot legally be restocked. Related records may be retained as required by the dispensing pharmacy and applicable law. See our Terms of Sale.
